On Heritage Day (Monday) we took my nieces to see the show at Prince’s Island Park. It was actually pretty boring and I was disappointed to see how the event has really gone downhill over the years. I remember going as a kid and it was much better then, but now it seems like they have a significantly lower budget. I’m sure the gloomy weather didn’t help either, but still…

For the part of the show that we did see, there were a lot of Latin American dancers/performers. The majority of the food vendors there were also Latin American and all of them were promoting Expo Latino too… Hm.
